Learning objectives
What can sound tell us about ourselves and our environment? The workshop aims to explore the topic of soundscape and the role of sound in our environments of life, through reflections and practical exercises, based on:

- the understanding of the basic principles of sound and soundscape research

- the introduction to the main technical and methodological tools of sound research, based on the recording and editing of sound materials

- the implementation of sound research in an urban context
Expected learning outcomes
Students will be expected to know how to use the tools and methodologies learned during the workshop. They will need to use the tools in the context of a sound research project in an urban context
