Learning objectives
The workshop aims to introduce the methods and practices of working within a cultural communication agency, deepening the aspects related to the design and communication of events and the dialogue with companies and institutions.
Expected learning outcomes
To acquire familiarity with the individual tasks required in a communication agency; to devise effective texts for web communication with respect to the needs of the individual project; to devise events and communication plans designed with reference to different formats, targets, clients, platforms and devices.

- Working in a creative agency: tools, methods, and communication strategies.
- Words at the forefront: the activities of press office and pr, the role of public speaking, podcasts as written and performed content.
- Visual communication: photography and graphic design for culture.
- The identity of a cultural institution: branding and storytelling.
- Digital content: social media, influencer marketing, apps, and blogs for culture.

Teaching methods
Presentation of topics for collective discussion with the lecturer and various professionals in the field.

Assessment methods and Criteria
The student's participation and the completion of assigned activities are verified. The final result of the workshop is recorded as either approved or not approved.
