Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to study public liability (criminal, civil, fiscal, disciplinary, managerial), understood as the liability to which the actions and conduct of public administrators and employees are subject.
Particular attention is paid to analysing the causes and effects of so-called "defensive administration" as a consequence of this system of liability.

Expected learning outcomes
Students will learn about the regulatory and jurisprudential sources of the public liability system, including from a comparative perspective, together with the main doctrine of reference dedicated to the topic of "Defensive Administration".
