Learning objectives

Second semester
Prerequisites for admission
There are no mandatory prerequisites, and this is an optional course in the fifth year; however, in order to achieve the specific learning objectives, it is advisable to have acquired a basic knowledge of infectious and parasitic diseases in companion animals.
Assessment methods and Criteria
The learning assessment will be conducted orally on five case studies relating to the different areas of the training course (viral infections and infectious zoonoses, bacterial infections, protozoan infections, fungal infections, hygiene and vaccination prophylaxis).
The grade will be expressed out of thirty.
