Learning objectives
· Know the principles of bioethics, ethics, legal and medical legal profession;
· Develop an integrated approach to the patient, critically evaluating the clinical rehabilitation, relational, educational, social and ethical aspects involved in prevention, assistance, rehabilitation and recovery of the highest possible level of well-being;
· Have professional, decision-making and operational autonomy resulting from a training course characterized by a holistic approach to people's health problems, also in relation to the chemical, physical, biological and social environment that surrounds them;
· Acquire the ability to make appropriate use of information, education and health education-oriented methodologies;
· Acquire the ability to analyze and respond to care needs, assessing the relationship between benefits, risks and costs, also in the light of the principles of evidence-based psychiatric rehabilitation;
· Acquire knowledge of the basic standards to preserve and promote the health of the individual and the community, with a focus also on the minor patient;
· Acquire knowledge of the main laws governing the health organization;
· Acquire knowledge of the organizational models of psychiatric rehabilitation in health facilities;
· Acquire knowledge of the rules of ethics and those related to professional responsibility, critically evaluating the ethical principles underlying the different possible professional choices;
· Acquire adequate experience in the general organization of work, recognizing its dynamics;
· Acquire the ability to develop an appropriate operational approach to the social and health issues of the different communities, also acquired through direct experiences;
· Acquire the ability to implement primary prevention on the territory, in order to promote the development of network relations to facilitate the reception and management of situations at risk of pathology.
· Acquire basic knowledge of the technical, operational and managerial aspects typical of professions in the area of technical and rehabilitation health sciences and use them for the organization and management of Health Services.
· Use basic knowledge to make decisions in the organization of technical and rehabilitation management Services

- Interdiction, incapacitation, supporting administration;
- Neglicence, imprudence, inexperience, compensation for damage;
- Professional secrecy: admissibility, exonerating circumstances, risks of damaging behaviors;
- Self-injurious behaviors;
- End-of-life (do-not-resuscitate order and ordinance number 207, November 16th, 2018, of the Constitutional Court);
- Cause-and-effect relationship in Forensic Medicine.
Some knowledge about forensic psychopathology and criminology of domestic violence will also be delivered.
Theoretical aspects will be more comprehensive by adding several case studies (decisions in the matter responsability, clinical cases, forensic reports).
