Learning objectives
The course aims to esamine the contractual instruments through which a company, on the one hand, obtains the financial resources necessary to carry out its business activities and, on the other hand, places its products on the market.
Expected learning outcomes
By the end of the course, one is expected to have acquired an in-depth understanding of the main contractual instruments used by companies in the conduct of their business activities.
