Course syllabus
The course is aimed at an in-depth study, also through the examination of case law, of the main special proceedings provided for in Book IV of the Code of Civil Procedure, with particular reference to injunction proceedings, precautionary proceedings and class actions. IP civil proceedings will also be studied.
Prerequisites for admission
You must be a student attending the civil procedural law course or have already taken the civil procedural law course exam.
