Finance Science and Public Policy of the European Union
A.Y. 2025/2026
Learning objectives
The course aims to equip students with the analytical tools needed to understand public intervention in the economic system, through the study of the main fiscal policy and public expenditure instruments that characterize the Italian economy.
It explores the role of the public sector in market economies, the functioning of national governments, and their decision-making processes.
Particular attention will be devoted to the analysis of economic policies from a European perspective, supported by applied case studies that complement the theoretical framework related to public spending and taxation mechanisms.
