Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of psychiatric and neuropsychiatric disorders, with a particular focus on their cognitive and behavioral manifestations. The program emphasizes diagnostic frameworks and rehabilitative strategies, integrating theoretical and practical aspects essential for working in clinical and multidisciplinary settings.

The specific objectives include:

- Understanding the neurobiological foundations of the main psychiatric and neuropsychiatric disorders in both developmental and adult stages.
- Acquiring skills for the evaluation and diagnosis of psychiatric and neuropsychiatric disorders in developmental and adult stages.
- Learning about pharmacological, psychotherapeutic, and rehabilitative interventions for managing the main manifestations of these disorders.
- Developing the ability to apply an integrated approach to patient care
Expected learning outcomes
- At the end of the course, the student will be able to:
- Identify the main psychiatric and neuropsychiatric disorders along with their cognitive and behavioral manifestations.
