Learning objectives
The main learning objectives of the course concern:
- knowledge of the theoretical and methodological foundations of social psychology;
- knowledge of the main areas of research and intervention in social psychology, with particular reference to prevention and treatment contexts;
- knowledge of emerging areas in social and community psychology.

Prerequisites for admission
No prior knowledge is required.
Teaching methods
Frontal lessons, accompanied by exercises and group work. Comments and discussions will be encouraged to facilitate connections with the other courses of the same curriculum. Short videos illustrating social psychology experiments will also be proposed.
