Learning objectives
The educational objective of the course is to develop relevant knowledge:
· in order to understand the psychological aspects of work behaviour, both individually and in the contexts of the group and the organization
· with regards to the different organizational methods of socio-health-educational services, in relation to the processes of change underway, recognizing organizational models and operations
· relating to the working models of production systems and the logic of the working world, and also with reference to the third sector
· pertaining to the use of connection strategies
· regarding the tools and methods of facility arrangements in the construction of group work, structured and unstructured
· concerning the theoretical and methodological bases, which encourage the aspects of learning, pertaining to the managerial techniques of some of the significant aspects of group work.
· in order to maintain positive individual and collective working conditions
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student must know:
· the interventions that facilitate behavioural change
· the use of connection strategies
· the theoretical and methodological bases, for the acquisition of reading skills, of underlying dynamics of group processes
· the theoretical and methodological bases to facilitate the learning of management techniques, of some significant aspects of the group work
· the possibile ways to facilitate the construction of group work; structured and unstructured
· the psychological aspects of work behaviour, both individual and, in a group context, also within the organization
· how to collaborate on phenomena and processes connected to the construction and maintenance of positive, individual and collective working conditions
· the possibilities available to collaborate in a coordinated and integrated way, with other figures and levels
· the different organizational methods of social-health-educational services, in relation to the processes of change underway, recognizing organizational models and operation.
· the working models of production systems, and the logic of the world of work, also with reference to the Third Sector

Prerequisites for admission
There are no prerequisites
Assessment methods and Criteria
Written test lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, with 19 closed questions and 4 open questions.
Each closed question will be worth 1 point; each open question will have a maximum value of 3 points.
The outcome of the test will be communicated via email by the secretariat and published on the MyAriel platform
The learning assessment will consist of a written test with both open and multiple choice questions.
The results will be sent by the teacher, through the Secretariat, in the days following the test.
