Learning objectives
In an extremely fluid economic context characterized by sudden accelerations, both in terms of tools and processes, it is becoming increasingly important to master skills and technicalities capable of facing new scenarios. The laboratory aims to analyze the new relationships between companies and organizations according to new approaches and communication techniques that can summarize elements of humint intelligence, digital skills and traditional communication. In particular, the focus of the course will concern the analysis of the professions necessary for the new needs of the market. We will also try to define what the interactions between the tools of Artificial Intelligence can be with respect to each type of industry and organization; both for Italy and for the international context. Fundamental to the purposes of the laboratory will be real case histories, group work and testimonies of the most significant actors of the business community.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the workshop, the people involved will be able to deal, with a good level of depth, with the new communication models of complex organizations as well as the new skills required by a new class of professionals able to govern the processes.
