The course aims to provide a deep knowledge of the ethical and legal aspects related to mass vaccinations, in the light of the current pandemic situation. In particular, in addition to providing the necessary basic scientific knowledge on vaccines and their functioning, we will examine the Italian legal norms in force from a moral, constitutional and criminal point of view. Moreover we will compare such norms with the measures adopted in other legal systems.
