The course aims at describing the main applications of 3D-based assessment methods to anatomical structures: in detail, the techniques of 3D acquisition (stereophotogrammetry, laser scanner, segmentation from CT-scan or NMR images) will be described as well as the main analytical methods of acquired 3D models.
