The series of lectures aims to introduce the techniques of retrieval, processing, validation and analysis of Big Data, in order to allow the detection, on a large scale, of existing associations between people, facts, places, dates and events and the representation of this network of relationships on a spatial level also offering the opportunity to outline new research paths.
