1) Gain knowledge on theoretical framework and tools for crisis management in healthcare organizations and life science companies, specially for crisis with high media impact; 2) Analyze and understand effects and effectiveness of crisis management; 3) Gain knowledge on managerial and operational choices by healthcare organization and life science companies to face Covid-19 emergency, especially in the case of vaccine campaigns, through the lens of research methods and tools from social science and management.
