The course addresses the following aims:
1. Provide a general framework on operations management in Health care organisations
2. Present and discuss the main methodologies for the analysis and performance evaluation of patient flow logistics
3. Provide tools in order to apply the methodologies to the main patient flow processes, i.e. Surgical flow, Medical flow, Emergency flow.
