The course aims to provide a comprehensive overview of advanced human-based preclinical models for biomedical research. Participants will explore the use of induced pluripotent stem cells, organoids, assembloids, ex vivo systems, bioreactors and 3D biprinting platforms for disease modeling, drug testing, and regenerative medicine. Emphasis will be placed on the translational value of these systems and their ability to better mimic human pathophysiology. The course will be organized by lectures held by a highly qualified instructors.The course will be organized in 2 half day session.
the course is recommended for cycle 40 of Experimental Medicine PhD.
