Master in Chirurgia Plastica Morfodinamica - Secondo Livello

2nd level vocational master
A.Y. 2025/2026
Study area
Medicine and Healthcare
Master Coordinator
The vocational master in Morphodynamic plastic surgery aims to improve theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of morphodynamic aesthetic surgery, with a focus on the use of new biomaterials and tissue engineering products with adult and stem cells. The vocational master goal is a medical and surgical specialisation in the use of these new technologies, from a clinical and research perspective.
The vocational master aims at medical and surgical specialization in the use of these new technologies - both in the clinic and in basic research and application development - for a category of medical graduates and specialists in surgical disciplines who interpret plastic surgery as morpho-dynamic, uniting form with function.
The vocational master in Morphodynamic plastic surgery will consist of 320 hours (32 CFUs) of face-to-face teaching and 180 hours (12 CFUs) of other forms of training. The activities will be completed by 250 hours of internship (10 CFUs) and a final exam (6 CFUs) consisting of the preparation and discussion of a thesis. A total of 60 CFUs are awarded for the vocational master.
Teaching is structured as follows:
-surgical anatomy
-Basic plastic surgery techniques; grafts and transplants
-pathophysiology
-surgical infection
-normal/pathological tissue repair and treatments
-biomaterials
-Reconstructive surgery
-Surgery of malformations
-Obesity surgery and body contouring
-Anti-aging interventions
-Aesthetic breast surgery
-Nose surgery
-advanced research
-regulations and bioethics
The tuition fee for participants will be 5,016 euro.

To be eligible for the programme, candidates must hold a degree in class LM - 41 Medicine and Surgery pursuant to Ministerial Decree 270/2004.
The archetypal professional trained by this programme is a plastic surgeon with specialised knowledge in assessing the morpho-functional rehabilitative aspects of surgical intervention.
