Scholarships for postgraduate research activities

Scholarships are a form of support for graduates wishing to continue their studies and are funded through agreements or contracts entered into by the University.

The scholarship may last anywhere from 6 to 12 months and may be renewed once only for a total period, including the initial one, of up to 12 months.

Young graduates who, by the application deadline, are no more than 35 years old and meet the following requirements:

  • Master's degree (specialistica/magistrale, single cycle or degree awarded in accordance with the regulations in place prior to  Ministerial Decree no. 509 of 3 November 1999, or comparable qualifications obtained abroad

  • not hold any kind of job in the public or private sector

  • not practice a profession or undertake paid consultancy with continuity.

The scholarship amounts to a minimum of 1,000 to a maximum of 2,500 Euros gross per month (before taxes).

The scholarship is disbursed in deferred monthly instalments, on receiving confirmation from the scientific coordinator that the recipient has completed all activities correctly. 

The scholarship is subject to IRPEF taxation and a Certificazione Unica (CU - Single Certification) is issued.
