Who are the mentees?

For the second edition, all students enrolled in master’s degree programs, all students in the final two years of bachelor’s and single-cycle master’s degree programs, as well as recent graduates from the fields of Communication, Computer Science, History/Philosophy, Law, Languages/Cultural Mediation and Pharmacy were invited to participate as mentees, in order to receive specific guidance on their professional future.

How and when to apply

Applications as a mentee for the second edition of the La Statale Mentoring project closed on March 29, 2026.

Applications for the third edition are expected to open around September 2026.

All mentee candidates will be invited to take a short motivational test, designed to better understand their expectations and the approach they wish to take during the program. 

To start the personalized mentoring program, it will be necessary to review the engagement rules and agree to their content.
