Who are the mentors?
Alumni with at least three years of professional experience in fields related to the listed degree programmes can apply as mentors. Their role will be to guide mentees through a growth journey by sharing experiences, tools and insights, demonstrating a willingness to listen and a desire to give back to their University.
The list of eligible degree programmes is available in the application form. Applications from other fields may be considered for future editions.
How and when to apply?
Complete the application form by 30 June 2025. Applications received after this date will be considered for future editions.
Applicants are required to complete a short motivational test, which can be useful to better understand their expectations and approach.
In addition, they are required to complete a self-assessment of their key skills, send a motivational letter of approximately 500 words and a copy of their updated CV, essential for the selection process and for the subsequent matching.
To begin the personalised mentoring journey, applicants have to review and agree to the engagement rules.
