Who are the mentors?

Alumni with at least three years of professional experience in fields involved in the project can apply as mentors. Their role will be to guide mentees through a growth journey by sharing experiences, tools and insights, demonstrating a willingness to listen and a desire to give back to their University.

The list of eligible disciplinary areas involved in the different editions of the project will be available in the application form of every edition. Applications from other fields may be considered for future editions.

How and when to apply

Applications as mentor for the second edition of the project closed on 29 March 2026

Applications for the third edition are expected to open around September 2026.

Applicants will be required to complete a short motivation test, which can be useful to better understand their expectations and approach.

To begin the personalised mentoring journey, applicants will have to review and agree to the engagement rules.
