Obiettivi formativi
The learning objective of the final dissertation is to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the research project carried out during the Master's thesis preparation. The thesis project is an autonomous and first-hand experience in which the student can apply the knowledge learned in the Plant Science master course's teachings to a research project. The thesis, written in English, must be based on the development of an original research project of biological interest. It usually implies collecting scientific data, learning novel and emerging research technologies, cutting-edge data acquisition systems, and analytical methods to address different biological questions.
Risultati apprendimento attesi
At the end of the course students will be able to work independently in the laboratory, organising work by collecting and analysing data to produce reliable and scientifically sound results. Students are also expected to acquire the skills to contextualise these results and to present and discuss them with colleagues and researchers.

Programma
Articoli scientifici e reviews su argomenti specifici (resi disponibili su MyAriel)
Modalità di verifica dell’apprendimento e criteri di valutazione
