Advanced Analysis of Active Principles in Herbal Drugs

Learning objectives
To furnish the basic theoretical, technical and applicative knowledge about the main analytical techniques available for the analysis of bioactive phytochemical substances in herbal products. Particular emphasis is given to the integration of these techniques for the resolution of complex analytical tasks, such as the isolation, characterization and quantification of plant active principles/phyto-complexes for research purposes, and/or for quality control and good manufacturing procedures assurance of marketed plant-based processed products.
