Learning objectives
Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione (knowledge and understanding) dei paradigmi interpretativi, dei concetti e dei temi basilari inerenti al diritto internazionale, al fine di fornire gli strumenti di base per la comprensione e l'interpretazione in chiave giuridica di situazioni sociali complesse caratterizzate da crescente interdipendenza su scala globale, con specifico riferimento alle più recenti esperienze della cooperazione tra gli Stati, in particolare nell'ambito delle Organizzazioni internazionali governative.
