to extend the theoretical and practical knowledge about physical preparation and general motor activity suitable for people or athletes with a disability.
Expected learning outcomes
to provide the knowledge regarding the main bio-motor features in various disabilities: physical, sensory and intellectual impairments. To build the specific methodological requirements related to the main Paralympic sport disciplines. To design and plan specific physical training programs for athletes with different disabilities. To develop the necessary skills to establish an adequate relationship and communication with an impaired person or care-givers.
