Pilates Techniques and Postural Light Gymnastics

Learning objectives
Learning of different low-impact exercise techniques in a practical way, analyzing both the theory, technique and teaching of the different disciplines.
Pilates will be focused on the 'matwork' side (floor exercises).
Students will be able to conduct stages at the A.S.D.C. body&Mind Studio Pilates in Milan, in order to introduce the work by means of Pilates tools (Universal Reformer, Cadillac, Big Barrel).
