The Administrative Law module - besides the principles of legality, transparency and impartiality - covers the topics of anti-corruption, the so called "documentazione antimafia" and the dissolution of municipal councils due to organized crime infiltration.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student will have an in-depth knowledge of the subjects of the course, having learnt a methodology of legal reasoning suitable to deal with issues regarding the organised crime counter-action, preventive measures and administrative transparency.
