Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to give to the student the knowledge of xenobiotics with toxic activity for the animals, with particular reference to the mechanisms of action. In addition, basic toxicological risk assessment concepts for food of animal origin will be provided.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student must be able to describe the toxicological characteristics of the main xenobiotics that can enter the livestock production cycle
