- To provide knowledge regarding the methods of study and conservation of rare alpine plants and of plant agro-biodiversity of the Alps.
- To provide knowledge about biological, ethological and morphological characteristics of wild alpine ungulates and of the tools for a sustainable wildlife management.
- To provide knowledge relating to the beekeeping chain and composition of beekeeping products (honey, royal jelly and propolis), and on food safety issues in relation to the environment.
