One-to-one information sessions – Talk to Us
Talk to Us is our information help desk dedicated to all upper-secondary school students who are about to earn their diploma, and in general to anyone looking to embark on a university education for the first time.
We provide general guidance on available programmes and admission criteria, and we illustrate the opportunities and services offered by our University. These sessions last 30 minutes and are by appointment only.
We are here for you online:
- on Tuesdays from 14:00 to 16:00
- on Wednesdays from 9:30 to 12:30
and on campus:
- on Thursdays from 14:00 to 16:00.
To book an appointment, go to the dedicated booking platform.
If you opt for an online appointment, we will send you all instructions and the link via email. If you book an appointment on campus, you will receive a confirmation email with the time and place of your session, plus a reminder email on the day of the appointment.
You can book an appointment by 12 midday of the day before the requested session.
The calendar of available dates is updated on a regular basis.
Individual guidance on choosing the right degree
You have read our programme overviews, watched the video presentations by our professors, and contacted our information help desk, but still don't know what degree is right for you? In that case, you can book a free session with one of our advisors to receive additional guidance.
Our advisors are not the academic tutors for individual programmes. They are experts of our whole range of undergraduate programmes, and can help you make an informed choice.
With us you can:
- start off on the path to choosing the right study programme
- discuss your personal interests and motivation to continue your studies, also based on the findings of the online guidance questionnaire
- get information on the study programmes that match your professional interests and goals
Who is this service for?
The service is available to:
- students enrolled in the last two years of upper-secondary school
- recent secondary school graduates who are uncertain which university programme would be right for them.
When and where
- These sessions last 60 minutes and take place on Monday and Wednesday between 14 and 17 by appointment only.
- For the time being, we are running our guidance sessions on Zoom.
