Obiettivo del corso è fornire le basi teoriche e pratiche relative ad aspetti fondamentali dell'Informatica. Alla fine del corso, gli studenti saranno in grado, oltre ad avere comprensione del funzionamento di un calcolatore e di una rete di calcolatori, di utilizzare in maniera efficiente un foglio di calcolo e un tool per la gestione di database relazionali.
