OMICs Unitech

The OMICs platform is designed to support proteomics, lipidomics, and metabolomics studies that use high-resolution mass spectrometry, including QTOF, Orbitrap and Triple Quadrupole (QQQ) systems. The goal is to identify and quantify molecules in various biological matrices, including animal, plant and cellular extracts, supporting the understanding of cellular physiological processes and the discovery of biomarkers or bioactive molecules.

OMICs offers a wide range of advanced analyses:

  • proteomics: label-free analysis, peptidomics, tandem mass tag (TMT) and specific modifications, with both data-dependent and data-independent acquisition
  • lipidomics and metabolomics: untargeted analyses across different biological matrices
  • other analytical tools: mass spectrometry for proteins and peptides, gas chromatography (GC), and analysis of low-molecular-weight proteins and molecules

In addition to analytical services, OMICs provides scientific and technical consulting on experimental design, sample preparation and data interpretation, supporting advanced research projects in biomedicine, biotechnology and life sciences.
