Syllabus

Every course or educational activity provided by the University has its own syllabus, containing detailed information for students.

In order to improve syllabus content according to shared indications, our Quality Assurance Board has prepared "Syllabus Writing and Review Guidelines", in collaboration with the Deputy Rector for Education

The Guidelines will help you draw up an exhaustive syllabus, stating clearly:

  • the knowledge and skills that students should have acquired by the end of the course (Learning Objectives and Expected Learning Outcomes)
  • the knowledge that students should already have in order to complete the course with good marks (Prerequisites)
  • the topics covered (Topics)
  • reference textbooks (Reference Material)
  • the teaching approach (Teaching Approaches)
  • learning assessment methods (Learning Assessment Methods and Criteria)
