Faculty events

Spazio di discussione e di scambio accademico in cui giovani ricercatori e ricercatrici hanno l’occasione di confrontarsi in un ambiente internazionale di alto livello scientifico. Il tema dei contributi per il 28° Annual Forum of Young Legal Historians mette al centro le dinamiche relazionali tra religione, etica, morale e diritto in una prospettiva storica. L’evento si tiene ed è promosso dall’Università Statale di Milano e dall’Università di Milano Bicocca.

Il convegno si propone di offrire agli avvocati e agli operatori del settore un’ampia e attuale rassegna del tema della responsabilità civile, declinandola sotto molteplici aspetti nei vari rami del diritto. Introducono la due giorni il rettore Elio Franzini, il presidente del Comitato di direzione della Facoltà di Giurisprudenza Gianroberto Villa, e la direttrice del dipartimento di Diritto privato e Storia del diritto Maria Teresa Carinci.
