Basic Italian courses for Chinese students who pre-enrol at an Italian university to attend a Bachelor's or Master's degree course
Starting from a.y. 2021/2022, SLAM - University of Milan Language Centre is organising Latin language courses for beginners addressed to first-year Humanities, Science of Cultural Property and History students whose language proficiency does not meet the level required to attend their respective curricular Latin courses effectively.
The University of Milan is an Exam Centre for a variety of international language certificates, including:

The University Language Centre SLAM organises an Italian language training and refresher course intended for Italian L2 teachers. The course is open to all Italian L2 teachers working in Italy or abroad at Universities, Italian Cultural Institutes or other public and/or private bodies.
SLAM - University of Milan Language Centre organises conferences and events addressed to professors, researchers, PhD candidates, students, language scholars and practitioners, to promote study, training and dissemination in terms of teaching approaches for Italian as well as foreign languages in Italy and worldwide.
SLAM organises a 20-hour German language workshop open to Bachelor's students who have opted for the Archaeology or History of Art curricula of the Studies in Cultural Heritage degree, as well as to Master's students in Archaeology and History and Criticism of Art. Enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis. The workshop may be delivered in person, online or in blended mode, and will be run only if the minimum number of participants is met.
Although there are no strict participation requirements, A2 proficiency in German according to the CEFR is recommended.
The focus of the workshop is to strengthen students' mastery of German grammar, syntax and archaeology terms, as well as their ability to devise translation strategies and use the dictionary.
Assessment is on a pass/fail basis. To successfully complete the workshop, regular attendance and active participation are required.
