Institutional ceremonies

Institutional ceremonies mark important moments in the life of our University. They reinforce its academic identity, reflect respect for tradition, and strengthen ties with the scientific community and civil society.

Typical examples are the inauguration of the academic year, honorary degree conferrals, official ceremonies, commemorations, and meetings with national and international authorities. These events are characterised by strict adherence to protocol, meticulous organisation and attention to detail, to ensure that the event runs smoothly and upholds the institutional image of the University.

The Events and Protocol Office coordinates the organisation of ceremonies, taking care of every step: from sending out invitations to finalising the programme, from handling logistics to venue stewarding. Particular attention is given to the proper reception of authorities and guests, the arrangement of seating, and compliance with established practices, in line with the role and standing of the University.
