Pharmacy

The faculty of Pharmacy has grown rapidly over its 50 years, becoming one of the most prestigious in Italy thanks to the quality of teaching and research, as well as almost 3,500 students. 

Its rich training offer intends to foster cross-disciplinary synergies between biology, chemistry and technology and to respond to the most diverse educational needs. It consists of traditional single-cycle Master's degree programmes as well as three Bachelor's degree programmes – one in Biotechnology with a major in pharmacy – and two Master's degree programmes.

Faculty events

I nuovi anticoagulanti orali e la loro applicazione terapeutica sono i contenuti del corso ECM rivolto in particolare ai giovani cardiologi e agli operatori del settore. Prevenzione tromboembolica, dosaggi appropriati in terapia, problematiche renali nel paziente fragile saranno alcuni degli argomenti di confronto fra cardiologi, internisti, medici di medicina d’urgenza, ematologi e neurologi.

Le ultime novità dal mondo della ricerca nel campo della fisiopatologia e terapia delle malattie psichiatriche saranno presentate nell’incontro organizzato dalla Società italiana di Neuroscienze e patrocinato dal team NeuroNest dell’Università Statale di Milano. Il ruolo della genomica sui meccanismi e bersagli terapeutici nella depressione, il trattamento del disturbo post-traumatico da stress saranno alcuni degli argomenti di confronto tra esperti del settore presenti in sala e via streaming.
