“PA 110 e lode”, training for public administration employees

The University of Milan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Italian Minister for Public Administration to participate in PA 110 e lode, an initiative launched by the Department for Public Administration to strengthen the skills of public employees.

Here below is the list of study programmes offered in the framework of PA 110 e lode for the academic year 2025/2026.

Generalmente la didattica viene erogata in presenza e contemporaneamente a distanza (attraverso piattaforme di videoconferenza) e le verifiche di profitto si svolgono in presenza.

Per i Master: durante l’immatricolazione online è necessario effettuare l’upload dell’autocertificazione relativa alla condizione di dipendente pubblico.

Admission, attendance and tuition fees

Information on admission requirements, enrolment procedures and attendance is available in the call for applications for each study programme.

As general a rule, classes are held both in person and remotely (through videoconferencing platforms), whereas assessments are held in person.

Tuition fees

Public employees enrolled in a PA 110 e lode programme will benefit from a €330.00 reduction on the second instalment of the tuition fees.

If the amount owed by the student-employee based on their ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) is less than €330.00, the reduction will be lower.

Moreover, public employees enrolled in one of the above study programmes can receive a refund of 50% of their tuition fees if they fulfil the following merit requirements:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes: the refund is granted to those who have earned at least half of the university credits required for each programme year, for a maximum number of years equal to the standard duration of the programme plus two. In any case, the maximum amount of refund is €1,000.00.
  • 1st and 2nd level vocational masters: the refund is granted to those who have completed the programme. In any case, the maximum amount of refund is €2,500.00.
