UNIMI PATH Scholarships
The University of Milan, in line with the objectives of its Strategic Plan aimed at supporting the studies of students which are refugees or come from areas affected by conflicts and contexts of particular economic fragility, intends to continue its support initiatives for Palestinian students residing in the Palestinian Territories through the UNIMI PATH (Palestinian Access to Higher Education) project.
To this end, the University is offering 10 scholarships for enrolment on Bachelor’s degrees and Single-cycle Master’s degrees for the academic year 2026/2027.

Who can apply
Palestinian candidates residing in the Palestinian Territories, born from January 1st, 2004, who hold the final secondary school certificate (Tawjihi), and who are interested in enrolling on Bachelor’s degrees and Single-cycle Master’s degrees at this University for the 2026/2027 academic year, are eligible to apply.
Benefits
The scholarships offered in this call for applications are incompatible with similar financial benefits provided by the University or by other public or private institutions and include the following services:
- Coverage of travel costs
- Accommodation in a twin room at the University’s halls of residence
- Meals at the University’s canteens or other affiliated facilities, comprising two meals a day, seven days a week
- Tuition fees
- National Health Service registration
- Local public transport pass
- Laptop on loan
Students will also be paid the sum of €4,000.00 in two instalments.
The following additional services will be provided:
- A dedicated academic tutor to help with planning their course of study and managing academic deadlines
- A welcome service to help students integrate into academic and social life and provide assistance with administrative procedures relating to their stay in Italy
- A counselling service to help students manage stress, anxiety or other emotional difficulties that may arise during their stay in Italy
- Italian language enhancement course
